• The Body Rejuvenation Massage Therapy gift certificate may be used to purchase any service provided by Body Rejuvenation Massage Therapy, in addition to gratuities for services rendered.
• The Body Rejuvenation Massage Therapy gift certificate is not redeemable for cash.
• Body Rejuvenation Massage Therapy is not responsible for lost, stolen or unauthorized use of gift certificates.
• Body Rejuvenation Massage Therapy gift certificates are non-refundable except where required by law.
